ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable for any reason. Talent, event times, venue and entertainment are subject to change without advance notice.

Event tickets, door admission, and merchandise sales are not tax deductible. Only donations are considered tax deductible, not purchases (for which goods or services are given in return).

    [*ADMISSION*] TICKET TYPE GRANTS ADMISSION TO ONE OR MULTIPLE EVENTS, BASED ON THE TICKET TYPE DESCRIPTION STATED. Further information — including individual event venue location, address, talent, etc. — is available on our website @ purplefoundation.org.

    ANY TICKET PRESENTED THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SCANNED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ENTRY. Purple Foundation accepts no responsibility for another person using your ticket(s). PLEASE KEEP YOUR TICKET(S) SAFE AND SECURE.

    ENTRY MAY BE DENIED PRESENTING A TICKET NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY BY ATTENDEE THROUGH EVENTBRITE. We strongly suggest purchasing your pass/ticket(s) directly from Purple Foundation through Eventbrite to ensure the best experience. Purple Foundation makes no guarantee a pass or ticket purchased from a third party will be accepted.

    VALID TICKET (PRINTED OR MOBILE) WITH SCANNABLE QR CODE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. Please ensure you have your ticket(s) ready before arriving to the venue. Purple staff will not be able to retrieve your ticket(s) during the event.

    NAME CHANGES / TRANSFERS NOT ALLOWED OR NECESSARY. Entry is granted by presenting valid ticket (paper or mobile) with scannable QR code. Purple Foundation accepts no responsibility for another person using your ticket(s). PLEASE KEEP YOUR TICKET(S) SAFE AND SECURE.
