ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tickets are non-refundable for any reason. Talent, event times, venue and entertainment are subject to change without advance notice.

Event tickets, door admission, and merchandise sales are not tax deductible. Only donations are considered tax deductible, not purchases (for which goods or services are given in return).

General Terms & Conditions

[*ADMISSION*] TICKET TYPE GRANTS ADMISSION TO ONE OR MULTIPLE EVENTS, BASED ON THE TICKET TYPE DESCRIPTION STATED. Further information — including individual event venue location, address, talent, etc. — is available on our website @ purplefoundation.org.

ANY ARMBAND/TICKET PRESENTED THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SCANNED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ENTRY. Purple Foundation accepts no responsibility for another person using your armband or ticket(s). PLEASE KEEP YOUR ARMBAND/TICKET(S) SAFE AND SECURE.

ENTRY MAY BE DENIED PRESENTING AN ARMBAND/TICKET NOT PURCHASED DIRECTLY BY ATTENDEE THROUGH EVENTBRITE. We strongly suggest purchasing your pass/ticket(s) directly from Purple Foundation through Eventbrite to ensure the best experience. Purple Foundation makes no guarantee a pass or ticket purchased from a third party will be accepted.

Purple Party Weekend Multi-Event Pass Terms & Conditions

>>> MULTI-EVENT PASS HOLDERS: DETAILS FOR RECEIVING YOUR ARMBAND & TRANSFERRING YOUR ORDER TO ANOTHER PERSON PROVIDED IN MARCH. If you do not receive it before the weekend, we’ll get you setup with one when you arrive. Armbands are available at any event of the weekend but we highly suggest the host hotel welcome mixer (“Pump!”) if possible.

>>> MULTI-EVENT PASS HOLDERS: ACTIVATED RFID ARMBAND REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. No paper/mobile tickets will be accepted.

>>> MULTI-EVENT PASS HOLDERS: GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO-ID MATCHING NAME ON TICKET ORDER REQUIRED TO REQUEST AN ARMBAND DURING THE WEEKEND. No exceptions. Any currently active armband will be immediately deactivated and no longer valid for entry.

Individual Ticket Terms & Conditions

>>> INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKET HOLDERS: VALID TICKET (PRINTED OR MOBILE) WITH SCANNABLE QR CODE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY. Please ensure you have your ticket(s) ready before arriving to the venue. Purple staff will not be able to retrieve your ticket(s) during the event.

>>> INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKET HOLDERS: NAME CHANGES NOT ALLOWED OR NECESSARY. Entry is granted by presenting valid ticket (paper or mobile) with scannable QR code. Purple Foundation accepts no responsibility for another person using your ticket(s). PLEASE KEEP YOUR TICKET(S) SAFE AND SECURE.

Multi-Event Pass (Armband) FAQ:


Armbands will be shipped at the end of April.

Presenting an active RFID armband that has not already been scanned for that event. No paper or mobile tickets will be accepted for multi-event pass holders.

Yes, by paying the cost difference if PREMIUM passes are still available. You can complete this transfer process within your Eventbrite account.  Please see this support article for more information.

Yes. Please ensure you enter the correct attendee name. Purple staff will only honor requests for armband activation from the attendee name on the pass order presenting a valid, government-issued photo-ID matching that name. No exceptions. We will be providing an opportunity to update/transfer your tickets in April.

Yes, but the current owner must contact tickets@purplefoundatinon.org with your name, e-mail, and shipping address no later than Wednesday, May 6. A government-issued photo ID matching the current name on the order is required to obtain an active armband. Inactive armbands, paper, or mobile tickets will not be accepted for multi-event pass entry.

Yes, if you have a government issued photo-ID matching the attendee name on the order. There is a $25 charge to replace an armband that has already been activated. Any armband already scanned will not be accepted for entry, regardless of the name on the order. No paper or mobile tickets will be accepted for multi-event pass holders.

Yes, however it is your responsibility to provide that person the ticket. Purple staff will not be able to look up the ticket at the event.

Not recommended. We strongly discourage any purchases from a third party, as the original name on the order retains a copy of the ticket he/she purchased. Please purchase your ticket directly from Purple Foundation through Eventbrite for the best experience. Tickets that have already been scanned for an event will not be accepted for entry. Attendee Code of Conduct

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Event participants expected to behave following this Code of Conduct and the applicable laws of the city of Dallas, the state of Texas, and all policies of our hotel/venues.

UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Violations of laws of the city of Dallas, the state of Texas, and any policies of our hotel/venues are considered unacceptable.

Harassment will not be tolerated in any form, including but not limited to harassment based on gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or any other status protected by laws.

Harassment includes the use of abusive, offensive, or degrading language, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual advances, or request for sexual favors. Any report of harassment at one of our events immediately addressed. Anyone who witnesses or subjected to unacceptable behavior should notify an event organizer at once.

Attendees should conduct themselves in a manner that comports with the letter and spirit of this policy prohibiting harassment and abusive behavior before, during, or after the event. Proper conduct includes statements made in social media postings, online publications, text messages, and all other forms of electronic communication.

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

If an attendee engages in unacceptable behavior, event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate from the issuance of a warning to expulsion from the event without a refund. The event organizers reserve the right to exclude any attendee found to be engaging in unacceptable behavior from attending further events.

Organizers may take appropriate corrective action if an attendee engages in conduct that violates this policy through postings on social media, online publications, or another form of electronic communication. This action could include imposing a temporary or permanent ban on an individual’s participation in future events.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WITNESS OR ARE SUBJECT TO UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

If you or someone else is harassed or have any other concerns relating to unacceptable behavior, please contact a member of the event staff immediately. Event staff identified by lanyards onsite and located at the entry of each event.
